Job Description
  • Be a part of the team that grows the business in Indonesia|Working closely with Country Manager
About Our Client
Our client is a global entertainment company. As a Head of Marketing you will be responsible to create and execute marketing strategies across Indonesia.

  • Handling the go-to-marketing strategy for the company.
  • Establish and use KPIs to steer our marketing efforts to maximize performance.
  • Excellent in communicating effectively, whether across teams, borders, time zones or desks.
  • Lead the execution of branding and marketing programs in collaboration with APAC teams as well as local agencies.
  • Experienced in delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • Managing and conceptualising the marketing plans to drive user acquisition.
The Successful Applicant
  • Min. 8 years of marketing experience with a deep understanding of the market (exposure to game or entertainment industry is preferred)
  • Structured and clear communication skill
  • Able to demonstrate experience in strategic marketing planning and also budget management
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Strong analysis metrics and stats and know how to translate an insight into a big idea
  • Strong networking & engagement skills and collaborate with multiple teams
