Our hiring Partner is hiring Head of Application Engineering for to join their company located in BSD - Indonesia.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years experience in handling automation products.
- Bachelor degree of engineering/mechanical electrical/automation
- At least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Proven track record in process improvement and cost management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in managing teams and developing personnel.
- Experience in the industrial automation sector is highly advantageous.
- Willng to do travel within country or overseas.
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR to develop colleagues according to their potential and the needs of the company.
- Monitor cost and effectiveness of activities to stay within budget.
- Establish and maintain good collaboration with counterparts in HQ and other clusters.
- Regularly review procedures and processes for potential efficiency improvements or cost reductions, and implement them.
- Develop and foster a team spirit within the team, taking into account language and cultural differences.
- Ensure end-to-end accountability of the team in delivering custom electric automation solutions to customers.
- Drive a proactive sales approach to ensure over proportional growth in Electric Automation.
- Provide strong leadership across the team in various countries, giving guidance in line with company strategy.
- Perform other duties as assigned/requested by the Head of Technical Sales & Operations.
- Participate in the recruitment, development, and training of staff in collaboration with HR.
- Ensure adherence to established processes and principles across countries.
- Foster close collaboration within sales clusters for optimal cooperation in a multinational environment.
- Contribute to the strategy within Technical Sales and Operations to achieve the company goals.
- Monitor the use of resources, ensuring availability in the right places and numbers.
