s :

• Ensure all payroll queries are handled in a timely and professional manner
• Timely and accurate payroll processing, ensuring there are best practice checks and controls in the process to ensure an efficient
• Ensure appropriate authorization of overtime sheets, time sheets, payroll payments and changes to payroll data
• Ensure there is a confidentiality of payroll and employee information at all times
• Prepare and manage weekly payroll

Qualifications :

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountant/Banking or equivalent
• Can operate Microsoft Excel Formula (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot Table)
