General Affair (Building Maintenance)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of the company and other facilities and assets.

- Coordinate with related parties to ensure building operations run well

- Manage office and building work environment in good condition

- Have experience related to Legal Lease Contractual or licensing

- Make effective internal and external communications to employees and tenants

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related major
• Have a minimum of 3+ years experience in General Affairs, Building Management, or an equivalent position
• Have good interpersonal communication, attention to detail, problem-solving & administrative skills
• Have experience in managing Vendor/Supplier
• Proficient in Asset & Facility Management
