Applications for our 2023 GEN POWER Program are open for 5 talented graduates to join us in July 2023. We are looking for future leaders who are strong characters with leadership skill.

Generali is a leading Financial Company in the Insurance Industry with over 180 years, and we are seeking the next future leaders that will continue the success story of Generali, in Indonesia or Globally.

This is a 2 years program designed to bring out the best of every candidate through a broad range of experience with intensive learning curve and under our executive leadership and mentoring. The board of placement will include in Sales, Finance, and Product Development. Graduates of this program are expected to be the next Company Talents to fit into further accelerated program that will lead to a bright and exciting career.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with min. TOEFL score 550 or IELTS score 6.5 or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Agile and having effective communication, Leadership, Teamworking, interpersonal, presentation, Problem-solving, and Analytical skills.
• Excellent educational background Master/bachelor degree min. GPA 3.5 or equivalent from reputable University.
• Open for Fresh Graduates or recent graduates (less than 2 years experience).
• Able to demonstrate Excellence characters, strong leadership potential and has knowledge in area: Sales, Finance and Product Development

Selected candidates will be offered an employment contract for 2 years fixed term.

Upon successful program, the participants will be offered a managerial position.
