Funding Manager Jobs

This is a middle level management position functioning in leading the efforts of sourcing and building loan funding partnership with local and overseas financial institutions, including but not limited to corporates, multi-finance companies and banks. This role will work closely with senior management on funding partnership strategy and manage a group of funding relationship members.

:

1. Responsible forbuilding connection and partnership with licensed financial instructions, including P2P, Banks, Insurance, MFC, Trust, Security, Asset management, and Guarantee companies etc.; and by diversifying and explaining the scope of the partnership and maintain the sound communication and cooperation with the existing partners, to stay updated with the latest updates of the industry and constantly deepening the collaborations;

2. Involved and contribute to the design of partnership business model and legal structure;

3. Responsible for partnership agreement negotiation, and acting as the project owner to overall manage and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders for the successfully delivery of the partnership;

4. Responsible for intuitional funding partnership management, and involved in funding partnership business model and legal structure designing;

5. Involved and contribute to the design of strategy on funding partnership with a variety of financial intuitions, including but not limited to commercial banks, insurance, guarantee, security, asset management and MFC companies, or non-finance companies that have need for economic return on the spare fund;

6. Overall responsible for funding Due Diligence process with partners, and coordinating the provision of relevant materials according to the requirement; Maintaining the soundness of communication and relationship with implemented funding partner.

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor degree in finance, economy, accounting or law major;

2. Familiar with the business process and business model of fintech lending, with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as business development role in bank, multi-finance or fintech lending companies;

3. Familiar with the organization structure of banks and other financial intuitions; processing broad and sound connections with key figures or industry leaders in the financial industry;

4. Experience on corporate financing, and processing board relevant industry resources and connections

5. Fluency in verbal English communication (as the working language) with sound communication and business negotiation skills and experience.
