Job Description

:


  • Ensure the business process runs according to each commercial terms and conditions.
  • Conducting review for the Loan Commercial Agreement Documents.
  • Adhere to company and regulatory principles, including industry Standards of Conduct, Data Protection and company policies
  • Maintain and develop strategic partnership with Lenders (banking, multi-finance, and non-banking)
  • Coordinate with internal team to provide due diligence document/data.
  • Identify and analyze suitable business model matching with each of the Lenders
  • Monitor the portfolio of existing lenders: Disbursement, Total limit, Outstanding, NPL, Covenants, Undertakings, Interest Payment and Repayment Schedule of each lender.


Requirements:


  • Strong attention to detail person
  • Min. 3 years of experience as institutional partnership or related experience in Banking / P2P/ Fintech
  • Strong in data management and operational details.
  • Highly analytical with strong financial modelling/ data driven and complex problem-solving skills
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in related fields from a reputable university
  • Digital and technology savvy
  • Dynamic, self-driven, excellent negotiator and communicator
