What You Will Do

• Stay abreast of marketing industry trends
• Verify the accuracy and credibility of information presented in the content.
• Enhance the overall quality of the content
• Communicate effectively with writers, stakeholders, and team members to address queries, provide feedback, and discuss project requirements.
• Work closely with writers to provide constructive feedback and guidance for improving their writing.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on edited content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure that the edited content is formatted correctly
• Review written content, edit and proofread materials

What You Will Need

• Proven min. 2-3 years experiences as an editor or in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in style and tone
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills
• Strong command of written English, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling
• Ability to adapt to different writing styles and genres
• Familiarity with SEO principles and guidelines is a plus
