Freelance Video Editor Jobs

As a Video Editor, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw footage into compelling learning stories. You will work closely with a subject matter expert to bring their vision to life by applying your expertise in video editing, colour correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics. Your ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of creativity will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Support trainers and learners in the production of high-quality video content
• Edit on the full range of training content and wider communication productions.
• Import and organize footage, cut, splice, and sync video and audio clips, and add effects and transitions to create engaging video content.
• Work on special projects as required
• Support the development and maintenance of efficient workflows throughout the production chain
• Stay up-to-date with new video software, techniques, and trends to improve the quality and efficiency of video production
• Undertake animation and motion graphics tasks at a proficient level.
• Ensure all content meets technical standards and improve the quality standard of Succession Lab output

Qualifications

• Adobe Premiere: 2 years (required)
• Editing content for social media: 1 year (preferred
• Videography: 2 years (required)
