Finance,Accounting And Tax Specialist

Hello everyone! Currently, we are looking for Finance, Accounting, and Tax Specialist to join our internal team with responsibilities and requirements as below :

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics is required

2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Tax. Experiences in SaaS startups would be a plus.

3. Excellent command Ms. Excel/Spreadsheet and experience in usingXero or any other similar accounting software.

4. Detail oriented, able to perform complex numerical computations and reports with high accuracy in the calculation.

5. Strong analytical abilities.

6. Fast adaptation skills, especially to new technology and software.

Responsibilities:

1. Handling full account for the preparation of Monthly and Yearly Financial Statement

2. Reconciling accounts for reporting purposes (e.g., sales, tax, AR, bank, prepaid expenses).

3. Managing vendor payments and accounts payable.

4. Administering sales, invoicing, and accounts receivable collection.

5. Calculating and reporting Indonesian withholding tax (including PPh 23, PPh 26, PPh 4 article 2, PPh 21 and corporate income tax returns)

6. Having knowledge or familiar Tax treaty administration (DGT-1) would be a plus

7. Coordinating with the corporate secretary in Singapore for annual reporting and tax compliance for the Singapore entity.

8. Calculating employee payroll and issuing payslips
