Finance Supervisor Jobs

The incumbent is responsible for handling and controlling all of company's financial aspects in an effective and efficient manner, in particular cash flow management. This includes:

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and preparing company's financial performance reports (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, Budgets).
• Overseeing the process of collecting and analyzing all corporate finance information.
• Organizing financial data into usable information and maintaining updated records including accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions, ensuring all financial information is recorded accurately.
• Managing and controlling company's cash flow, which includes incoming and outgoing flow of funds, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Qualifications

• In depth understanding of finance and accounting systems, including outgoing and incoming cash flows.
• Strong analytical skills to increase cost efficiency in handling company's cash flows.
• Preferably experienced with SAP FICO.
• At least 10 years of working experience in related fields is required for the position, 5 of which in a Supervisory position.
• Strong management skills in handling cash flows, budgeting, and making informed strategic decisions involving efficient management of cash flows.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, to convey complex information in a clear manner to team members and other stakeholders.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Preferably from an accounting firm or has an experience as an auditor.
