Finance Controller Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Review all tax reporting to ensure all tax reported and submission based regulation time frame
• Review all mis-report and communicate to shareholders to make decision manages day-to-day activities in a treasury functions to meet the financial obligations to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management
• Payment posting journal
• Review and prepare financial report to ensure all financial activities recorded properly and submitted to the shareholders
• Develop and documented business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Provide training for employees if necessary to maintain staff skills in order to remain at the best level

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of accounting Fundamentals and Indonesian and state laws relating to compensations, benefits, Taxes, transfer pricing and forex regulations.
• Experience with in Multi-channel large size Retail company
• Minimum Master Degree (Accounts and Finance)
• Experience of Internal audit and process excellence/SOP’s
• Minimum 7-8 years working experiences in Accounting and finance and at least 3 years of managerial experience of preparing and controlling Annual operating plan
