Finance Division Controller - Fmcg

As Finance Division Controller, you will be managing one of its division/business unit as a finance business partner reporting to the GM Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ad-hoc analysis of complex financial and non-financial information to provide accurate financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Build the budget and forecast models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors
• Manage the annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting process coordinating inputs from all relevant stakeholders and budget owners
• Provide detailed analysis of current and past trends in financial and operational key performance indicators
• Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan
• Manage and prepare monthly financial reporting pack for Senior Management and Board
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or financial controller position
• Evidence of building and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Excellent oganizational skills, ability to manage conflicting demands priorities
