Finance Staff Jobs

One of Associa's clients, Skaiwork, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Staff to join their team. As a startup company in the virtual office industry, Skaiwork aims to strengthen its financial operations and optimize its accounting processes.

The detail of the job responsibilities includes:

>Manage and maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

>Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

>Work closely with the top management to develop and implement effective accounting processes and controls.

>Maintain the Chart of Accounts (COA) and ensure its accuracy.

>Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support decision-making processes.

>Utilize the finance system effectively to simplify and enhance workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with accounting/finance systems and software.
• Bachelor's degree / D1 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in using finance software to manage and analyze financial data.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Chart of Accounts (COA) principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of industry-specific accounting practices.
• Experience in implementing or migrating to finance systems.
• Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA).
