Factory Manager (Waste Management)

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our waste processing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the factory, including production, personnel, quality control, and safety. You will ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation of the facility while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, direct, and coordinate the daily operations of the waste processing facility.
2. Develop and implement production strategies to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
3. Manage factory personnel, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations and industry standards.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
6. Collaborate with other department leaders to align factory operations with company goals and objectives.
7. Develop and maintain a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement among factory employees.
8. Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of factory equipment and machinery.
9. Manage budgets and resources, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources for maximum productivity.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in factory management, preferably in the waste management industry.
3. Proven track record of managing and optimizing factory operations.
4. Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
7. Results-driven and solutions-oriented mindset.
