Job Description

Job Overview:

The role requires a senior-level professional to oversee and facilitate the growth of all areas of product development, including technology development and product architecture.


Responsibilities:

  • Driving the team forward by being objective, supportive, and continuously raising the bar to ensure excellent performance from the developers' team.
  • Being a servant leader who is always willing to help the team and become a mentor for designing and architecting solutions.
  • Growing the team through thoughtful planning, strategic decision-making, and effective task management of the developer team
  • Possessing a deep knowledge of software development and delivery best practices
  • Participating in technical development and delivering best practices accurately and quickly.


Technical Requirements:

  • Professional with at least 10 years of experience in software development
  • Proficiency in the ASP.NET Framework, SQL Server, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, and design/architectural patterns such as Model-View-Controller
  • Experience in Agile Software Development (e.g Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with Javascript, React, Vue, Angular, and CSS libraries
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
  • Experience in building software systems at scale
  • Experience in hiring and coaching developer teams.
