Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize the team's workload
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and solve technical challenges
• Coach and mentor engineers to help them grow and develop their skills
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure that our products are innovative, efficient, and scalable
• Define and oversee the technical direction of projects
• Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget
• Ensure that the team adheres to best practices and standards for software engineering
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years of experience leading a team of engineers
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
