Job Description
About Your Responsibilities For The Role


As a Manufacturing Drafter in our company, you will play a key role in designing and developing precise technical drawings to support the production of physical goods made from stainless steel materials.


Collaborating with the GM, production team, and C-Level to ensure our products are manufactured with high quality and in accordance with specifications.


  • Research, identify, and analyze development and new product opportunities.
  • Calculate the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and Cost Price Calculation for the designed products.
  • Provide technical advice and solutions in addressing design and production challenges that may arise during field implementation.
  • Integrate necessary technical design changes for products and ensure documentation of technical design outcomes and BoQ are consistently updated.
  • Create and design 3D Shop drawings using 3D modeling or CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software for various metal or stainless steel physical products.
  • Collaborate with various departments, especially with General Manager and Production PIC, for the implementation of shop drawings into the production stage.


Requirements


  • Educational background : SMK or SMA or Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, interior design, etc. (actually we don't really care about your educational background as long as you have the experiences and competencies required for this role).
  • Working experiences : 2+ years experience as a Manufacturing Drafter or related position in a manufacturing industry or civil engineering
  • Ability to comprehend and apply industry standards in technical drawings.
  • Creativity in designing technical solutions and addressing design and production challenges.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • High proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or other CAD software.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of technical design principles, tolerances, and materials.
