Teaching Specialist Jobs

Kodland is a digital platform that connects tutors and children from all over the world. Our goal at Kodland is to prepare children for the future. We help them learn skills that will prepare them to excel in their careers as well as develop their interests. Thanks to the efforts of our global team, thousands of children from different countries have collaborated on creating their first programs, websites and mobile apps.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in teaching or teaching administration
• Are confident English speakers
• Have deep interest in teaching children & teaching in general
• Are thrilled with an opportunity to influence teaching quality and students' learning experience
• Are Indonesian speakers
• Are critical thinkers and excellent communicators

What you will do:

• Provide candidates and tutors with feedback
• Take part in tutor training (different roles applicable: observer, assistant, trainer)
• Conduct mock-up lessons for candidates for tutor role
• Work on continuous teaching quality system improvement
• Review and assess regular lessons
