What is GSI Lab?



GSI Lab provides a center of excellence in molecular and genomics Laboratory, aiming to aid government in providing high-throughput and accessible molecular and genomic test. GSI Lab support the development and increase the capacity of genomics in Indonesia for future generations and to fully contribute to genomic technology and disseminate knowledge about genomics to the public. GSI Lab is the pioneer of social entrepreneurship initiative of solidarity action to support the government deliver good quality of genomic testing for better Indonesia.

What you will enjoy doing?


  • Transform the business process to be relevant with digital health and market segment.
  • Manage the development of a strategic account plan for the demand generators in the market
  • Making sure that business activities have positive impact to the society.
  • Lead teams with integrity and build and maintain a trusting, inclusive and productive environment
  • Maintain successful performance by increasing revenues and controlling expenses.
  • Plan, monitor and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operating performance to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Determine and monitor digital marketing communication strategies and activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activities and strategic business goals, as well as a representative of the company to shareholders.
  • Lead sales, marketing, growth, and impact strategies to ensure program-wide growth, identify and implement process improvements that will maximize revenue and minimize costs.
  • Streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency and support rapidly changing business demands.
  • Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectation
  • Uphold organizational policies and standards, ensure compliance with laws and regulations

What makes you great?


  • Have knowledge of various operational functions and principles, including sales operations, digital marketing, technology, and legal compliance, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in legal working knowledge of industry regulations.
  • Ability to plan and manage processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or relevant fields from reputable university. Masters or PhD degree in business administration or relevant fields is preferred.
  • Have good ability in people management and communication skills.
  • Minimum of 10 Years total experience in sales and marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role and position in a similar field in a growth organization. Experience in health services sector is preferred, but not a must.
