Job Summary:

As a Direct Selling Leader Network Marketing professional, you will be responsible for building and managing a network of sales representatives to promote and sell the company's products or services. You will develop and implement sales strategies, set sales targets, and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure that targets are being met. In this role, you will work closely with other departments to ensure that sales efforts align with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate contracts with customers and ensure that sales efforts align with overall business objectives
• Provide training and coaching to sales representatives to improve performance
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales efforts align with overall business objectives
• Ensure that the sales team is adhering to company policies and procedures and that all sales activities are conducted in an ethical and professional manner
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Build and manage a network of sales representatives to promote and sell the company's products or services
• Identify new business opportunities and establish and maintain relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in direct sales and network marketing
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with others to achieve business goals
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
