Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Project Management.

Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting andcoordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.

Intervene colleagues, management, contractors and thirdparties on any unsafe act and/or behaviour.

Assists in determining objectives and cost benefit analysis tocontribute to the development of a comprehensive design.

Prepare overall weekly and monthly report to M&E Manager.

Familiar with Engineering Standard and Safety.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

In-depth knowledge of the MLM industry, including compensation plans, distributor recruitment strategies, and compliance requirements.

Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the MLM or direct selling industry.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company's business objectives and core values.

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
