• Build and manage a network of sales representatives to promote and sell the company's products or services
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales efforts align with overall business objectives
• Provide training and coaching to sales representatives to improve performance
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with others to achieve business goals
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Several years of experience in direct sales and network marketing
