Job Summary:


We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and execution-focused Digital Performance Marketing Manager. This hire will be responsible for campaign planning and execution across our paid digital advertising channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Google Display, and more), and play a crucial role in developing new targeting strategies for new customer acquisition and business growth.


In this role, you are expected to leverage a mix of both creative and analytical skills to plan and develop suitable campaigns that speak to the intent of potential customers, while exercising surgical precision to assess daily campaign spending and results, and execute daily optimization to course-correct and stretch the efficiency of each advertising dollar spent.


You will interface directly with the Marketing Lead to budget, report, track, and make recommendations on campaign spending in order to track the business' needs and planned growth trajectory.


Responsibilities:


  • Support Marketing team in holistic deployment of Marketing themes and campaigns on digital channels across the seasonal Marketing calendar
  • Work with the Marketing Lead, Tech and Data Team to track and report performance by building and automating dashboards to support your recommendations on budget optimisation to meet acquisition and retention KPIs.
  • Develop ad copy and work with creative and content team to create winning campaign assets for digital campaigns, constantly looking for creative ways to optimise and improve performance.
  • Conduct A/B tests to constantly iterate and test campaign variants, identify winning insights, creative strategies and targeting sets for constant optimisation of campaign and marketing spend efficiency
  • Utilise insights and outputs from our research and analyses to develop new campaign angles and customer targeting strategies for new customer acquisition.
  • Take ownership of key digital marketing channels, planning, and execution of end-to-end campaign strategies.


Requirements:


  • Manager, Google Display Network, or other Paid Digital Marketing channels.
  • Strong experience and/or familiarity to execute campaigns on Facebook Ad
  • Passionate about the Sharing Economy and Fashion space.
  • Preferred prior experience with technical/ analytical/ tracking toolsets such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Bigquery, Tableau, Amazon Redshift, Google Cloud, Google Tag Manager
  • Strong and critical thinker, problem solver.
  • Experience and comfortability in analyzing and manipulating data in Excel, especially to draw meaningful insights that inform current and future strategy.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar field or scope of work
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and be resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Great knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and key partners, vendors and platforms in the space.
  • Strong combination of being data-informed and creative, while knowing how to effectively balance the two to achieve results.
  • Preferred prior experience in Python, PostgresSQL, MySQL R or other programming/database languages
