Projects you will be working on?
To be part of the country’s history to have car-sharing industry regulated and exploring a new area in the mobility industry.
What will you be engaged in?
As our new Custodian lead, you will have the opportunity to:

• Communicate closely with the hosts and professional fleet providers to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Supervise, coordinate and resolve late return issues
• Manage delivery responses to both TREVO users and Car Hosts.
• Establish and implement all the necessary delivery procedures. These include Host contact establishment & delivery estimated time of arrival.
• Managing, Training and Coaching delivery team and ensure a service excellent and delivery task in timely manner
• Review, monitor and analyze vehicle coordination efficiency and be able to propose a new plan and suggestion for cost-effectiveness.
• Provide clear guidance to TREVO users in delivery management & Late Return
• Improvement a process to managing delivery costs efficiency and Managing and monitoring delivery into system that records all delivery.

• Excellent organizational skill
• Have experience in managing 15-20 field staff (will be advantage)
• Do-er and executor who can implement plan fast and properly
• Proficient knowledge in using spreadsheets and route management
• Results-driven with a willingness to experiment and adapt
• Experience in Training and Coaching staff, and have an outstanding communication skill
• A fighters, that ready to face a problem in a field and find the solutions
• Willing to work flexible hours (inclusive weekends, public holidays and midnight)
