Delivery Operation Team Leader Jobs

Recognized relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or similar disciplines

Effective written communication and report writing skills.

Encourage the seamless collaboration between technical disciplines

Be accountable for client relations and of representing Arup at a high level locally, nationally, and internationally

Responsible in recruitment, appraisals, performance development, morale, and motivation of staff

Chartered Membership or equivalent of relevant professional institutions/professional peer bodies (e.g. MICE, CEng, CPEng etc)

Certification of AWS / GCP / GWS / Alibaba / Cloud

Significant and demonstrable experience in Cloud Provisioning

Actively support client’s migration to the cloud, moving data and workloads without affecting their daily operations, sometimes after-hours.

Keep contacts update along the way and provide comprehensive documentation of work progress and results.

Collaborate efficiently and communicate openly with everyone, Inside and outside of regular office hours.

Proficient knowledge in using spreadsheets and route management

Provide clear guidance to TREVO users in delivery management & Late Return

Experience in Training and Coaching staff, and have an outstanding communication skill

Manage delivery responses to both TREVO users and Car Hosts.

Have experience in managing 15-20 field staff (will be advantage)
