Kami mencari seorang Customer Service Officer untuk membantu tim CS kami dalam menghadapi berbagai pelanggan yang beragam. Individu diharapkan memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik, dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan, serta proaktif dan inisiatif.
:
- Mampu membangun hubungan yang baik dengan internal departemen dan bagian eksternal di perusahaan
- Mampu melakukan penanganan terhadap keluhan-keluhan pelanggan dan mencari/memberikan solusi terbaik
- Memahami produk/jasa perusahaan
- Menjawab panggilan masuk, wa chat, email pelanggan dengan baik
- Memiliki kemampuan penanganan administrasi yang baik.
- Membangun hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan
Requirements:
- Menguasai penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia dengan tata bahasa yang baik dan benar
- Proaktif, inisiatif dan bersedia bekerja dengan shift
- Memiliki kemampuan menganalisa suatu masalah dan problem solving yang baik
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Customer Service dan contact center
- Berorientasi kepada pelayanan pelanggan yang memuaskan
- Minimal lulusan D3 (lebih diutamakan jurusan komunikasi)
- Berpenampilan menarik, pekerja keras, disiplin serta memiliki personality dan integrity yang baik
- Dapat bergabung secepatnya
- Mahir berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan dan mampu beradaptasi menghadapi sifat pelanggan yang beragam
