Job Description

:

  • Responsible for the Roya process.
  • To handling the transaction of land acquisition
  • Work in a cross functional team (including external lawyers) for legal advice, legal opinion/memorandum for any company issues.
  • Providing legal assistance to all contract management including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating.
  • Providing corporate legal strategy to protect the company’s matters including any corporate actions.
  • To provide legal services to the company regarding various corporate and land legal issue & liaison the company and stakeholders, ensuring the company compliance with the prevailing rules and regulation
  • Getting involved in the process of land measurement, plotting, and re positioning
  • To provide a strong data base of the land owned by the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master Degree of Law from reputable University
  • Strong knowledge in land law, mortgage law
  • Strong knowledge in Corporate Law, Merger & Acquisition
  • Having experience in public company or Lawfirm would be advantages
  • Having knowledge in OJK regulation
  • Having knowledge in commercial contract drafting
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling corporate legal
