About Our Client

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication, stakeholder and issues management strategy for the Indonesian market priorities.
• Shape and influence regulations and policies through strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies and trade associations.
• Implement multi-stakeholder outreach and public relations programs to drive business objectives and enhance reputation.
• Lead and provide advice regarding social outreach strategies, including reputation management, policy advocacy, and sustainability communications.
• Monitor internal and external environments to ensure consistent corporate integrity across culture, products, leadership, and operations.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have:

• Preferred experience in multinational consumer goods or healthcare company, with a focus on brand communications.
• Familiarity with metrics-based communications planning, media strategy, and stakeholder management.
• 8-10 years of work experience in communications, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and policy shaping in business/media/government-facing role.
• Strong critical thinking and writing skills with expertise in executive communication, including speech-writing and presentations.
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and ability to address risks, opportunities, and implications.
• Proficiency in traditional and social media dynamics, with a proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage crisis and deal with complex issues and situations.
