We are currently hiring for one of our clients. Currently, they are looking for a Head of Corporate & Regulatory Affair. Please find the job description and requirements below:

• Monitor regulatory and policy issues, analyze their impact, and provide strategic guidance to senior management.
• Develop and implement crisis communication and management strategies.
• Create and contribute to sustainability initiatives and programs.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and corporate affairs strategies to enhance the company's brand image.
• Frequent travel to sites, including to Sumatra.
• Contribute to product marketing and advertising to ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the company's representative to external stakeholders and develop relationships with key players in the agri-food industry, government agencies, media, and communities.
• Manage compliance with laws, regulations, procedures, and policies related to the agriculture and food manufacturing industry, including internal audits and environmental compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in regulatory affairs/legal/corporate communications in relevant fields (e.g., agriculture, natural resources, fishery, plantation, etc.).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in law.
• Minimum of 6 years of managerial experience.
• In-depth understanding of agriculture and food manufacturing regulations.
• Strong relationships with relevant regulatory agencies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to solve complex issues.
