City Manager, Operation (Makassar-Based)

We’re looking for a City Manager to join our team to expand our job search platform operation and win market leadership for the targeted city/region in Indonesia.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Discover localization potential and work with the central team to deliver it
• Discover and execute local marketing opportunities while collaborating with the central marketing team to bring jobseekers to our platform
• Manage the operational budget according to the target
• Build the local sales team and optimize the process to grow job listings in each targeted area
• Implement local business processes as needed to optimize customer experience on our platform for each customer segment
