- Enable the team by ensuring food quality, equipment and hygiene standards are always met, expectations are communicated, and recipes are current
- Lead by example and display good communication skills, fairness and clear direction in leading the team Supporting Sous Chef in Kitchen operational activities including preparation, production, quality assurance, and providing continuous guidance to subordinates to reach and maintain food production overall quality under Executive Chef direction.
- Scheduling, training, managing inventory and supplies, ensuring that hygiene standards (HACCP) are maintained
- Has the discipline to handle a freedom in creativity, explore new techniques and is a hands-on leader
- Previous experience in high quality cuisine at Chef de Partie or Demi Chef level
- Leadership and communication skills
- Culinary qualifications
- A passion for great food!
- Good knowledge of HACCP best practices
- Good English language skills
