Business Analyst Intern Jobs

About The Role

Business Analyst Intern will be responsible for assisting the business analysts in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements, as well as supporting project planning and coordination.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure project timelines are met
• Participate in project team meetings, providing updates on project status and identifying potential risks and issues
• Assist the business analysts in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements for various projects
• Help develop training materials and user guides for new systems and processes
• Conduct research and analysis to support the development of business cases and project plans
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Provide support to the business analysts and project managers as needed
• Support project management activities, including project scheduling, risk management and issue tracking

What skills and experience do you need?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
