Job Description
  • Manage and supervise a team of processing technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate tracking of devices throughout the processing stages.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team members.
  • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the processing of second hand electronics, mainly in mobile phones, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Able to understand and adapt with the current technology that can be implemented to the QA process.
  • Oversee the device inspection, testing, cleaning, and refurbishment processes to meet company standards and industry regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a mobile phone refurbishment or electronics processing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile phone technologies, models, and components.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools and data analysis.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
