Job Description


  • New position
  • Mandatory: - In depth understanding in student placement as well as strong market knowledge for coverage area for Bali and Surabaya in particular, strong business acumen, knowledge in Finance & budgeting, expansion plan, good communication skill, customer-oriented, understanding on CRM System, good stakeholder management.
  • Open to approach candidate from Surabaya and Jakarta also.
  • Min 3-5 years of experience in Area Manager role, handling multiple areas
  • Character required: Proactive, business oriented, driven, calm, ability to work under pressure,
  • Reporting to Office Manager and dotted line to Head of Sales & Operations
  • Will be based in Surabaya
  • Subordinate: 6 Office Managers
  • Coverage area: Bali and East Java
  • Industry preference: Education, Insurance, Service
