Organization Design And Capacity Planning Staff

We are seeking a strategic-minded and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Organization Design and Capacity Planning Staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with management and other team members to design a sustainable organization structure that aligns with our business objectives, as well as analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities:
1. Design a sustainable organization structure:
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and design an organization structure that supports long-term growth and success.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and industry benchmarks for organizational design.
- Collaborate with HC business partners in implementing the new organization structure effectively.
2. Analyze business structure, procedures, and processes to calculate manpower needs:
- Evaluate existing business operations, workflows, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct capacity planning exercises to determine optimal staffing levels and identify potential gaps or areas of overstaffing.
- Utilize data-driven methodologies to forecast future manpower needs based on business growth projections.
3. Contribute to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives:
- Collaborate with HC business partners to identify opportunities for departmental restructuring and realignment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of departmental changes to ensure alignment with business objectives and increased efficiency.
4. Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Collaborate with management and external consultant to determine KPIs for each department.
- Oversee HC business partners in cascading down KPI items for each department’s teams.
- Collect and analyze data on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of organizational design and capacity planning initiatives.
- Generate reports and data visualizations using Google Looker Studio to present findings to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
- Continuously monitor and refine KPIs to drive ongoing improvement and alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) and proficiency in creating data visualizations using Google Looker Studio.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and commitment to quality.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in organizational design, capacity planning, or related areas will be a plus.
