RESPONSIBILITIES:

• File management of tracks, songs, and hooks received from producers and writers, assist administrative.
• Hunt & collect hit songs and tracks for artists on the roster.
• Provide a weekly progress report of current projects.
• Collect, file, and deliver high quality tracks to all of the artist.
• Ability to run studio sessions at the most efficient, effective level.
• Act as a talent scout, develop artist, and oversee creative direction.
• Communicate with talent, producers, and songwriters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum D3/S1 in all field.
• Must have experience in the music business.
• Willing to work under pressure, individually or as a team.
• Active in English [verbal and written].
• Have an extensive network within music industry.
• Have a good communication, negotiation, and managing skills.
• Work Placement: Pluit, Jakarta Utara.
