Responsibilities

• Assisting in having a good contact and networking with both internal & external stakeholders (partners, vendors, NGO, event organizers, volunteers, etc.)
• To assist the SM & the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in the communication, promotion, and digital of CI activities
• Assisting in managing CI Central Repository (MoU, monitoring reports, final reports, photos, videos, posters, etc.)
• Assisting the SM and the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in executing events starting from preparations to execution.
• Assisting the SM and the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in executing administration process (contract, meeting minutes, invoice, PR, coupa related logbook, etc.)
• Responsible of monthly CI media monitoring reporting
• To assist the SM & the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in preparing sponsorship/donation proposals and follow up with the process of approval, payment and reporting
• Assisting in managing PRUVolunteers engagement activities and development

Requirements

• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Ability to manage administration
• Having an action oriented and positive attitude
• Commited to do 6 months internship period
• Possess very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) on Setiabudi, South Jakarta
• A good team player who can work under minimum supervision
• Ability to deal with people at all levels
• Conversant in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Power-point) and fluent in both written and spoken English – as well as basic knowledge on communication and project management.
• Graduated from a reputable university – at least SI/bachelor’s degree
