A successful applicant would analyze the department administrative needs for the services function.

As an Administrative Support, you will be responsible for:

• Managing office and administrative assistance to teams or individuals.
• Handling communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
• Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
• Detecting and signaling flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
• Filling of Process and Pipeline Services Documents for Auditing.
• Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
• Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Support Services).
