About the Food Service Sales Manager (Dairy) for Café Channels Role:

Develop and execute the sales-café strategy to drive profitable growth and business development

Develop the chain of dealer, distributors and cafés. Achieve budgeted sales and collection targets

Deeply understand IFF’s organization, capabilities, proprietary technologies, resources, product and service offerings.

Prepare sales reports and new business activity for IFF Management.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with commercial sales experience.

5-8 years’ experience within the B2B food ingredients industry.

Industry knowledge of trends, companies, technology with passion for food and flavors.

Strong entrepreneurial, influencing and negotiating skills.

Minimum 2-3 years experience in Assistant Brand Manager position from reputable consumer's good company;

Prior experience in handling Dairy or Beverage product is an advantage;

Proven ability to manage other marketing and sales members;

Lead and execute sustainable brand building implementation for Hometown brand.

Develop and execute marketing strategy via internal & external collaboration.

Assist on new product development for dairy category.

At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably experienced Dairy Industry (preferably in milk and yoghurt product)

Leading new product development process (include trial etc)

Setting up production process for dairy product

Monitor and coordinate with all teams regarding new product development progress for dairy product
