2. At least 4 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role

Minimum of 10 years experience in handling the OEM automotive industry.

A successful and proven sales track record and exceptional presentation skill

Hold bachelor degree in business/management with min.GPA 3.10

Minimum 5 years and having experience to manage GT & MTI.

Manage business in GT & MTI Channel to achieve revenue sales and profitability target.

Manage sub distributors to achieve KPIs.

Background Industry : FMCG, experience with beauty category is preferable.

Good analytical skill, familiar with excel and ppt, result oriented, familiar with retail model and beauty industry

Responsible for the sales performance of certain products (specific products) through the Culinary channel (Horeca & Traditional Culinary).

Designing sales strategies from data and field conditions for the sales team to achieve company targets.

Provide assistance and direction to the sales team to improve the performance of the sales team

Have strong knowledge on General Trade (GT), Negotiation Skill, GT Business Process.

Minimum 3 (three) years of working experience as Area Sales Supervisor (from Food & Beverage industry is preferred).

To execute company strategy related to sales & product stock preparation and to achieve the volume and non-volume targets.

Provide continuous coaching, both training and motivation to the Distributor (DB) team.

Work closely with all support teams to achieve target on their region.

To execute Ways of Working as determined by Head Office.
