Minimum of three years of experience as a Finance Accounting Manager, Financial Controller or similar role in a startup environment

Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic plans

Oversee financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA is preferred)

Experience in the food and beverages industry, preferably within the FMCG sector

Experience with complex negotiations, strong grasp of product economics, industry economics, profitability levers, and effectively communicating the value of American Express

Experience in the payments loyalty space and leading and developing impactful teams

Drive complex negotiations with new and existing merchants to deliver value to our partners, Card Members and shareholders
