Training Safety Superintendent Jobs

Design, implement and improve measures to limit risks in the workplace as per the SMS and Workshop Safety Management System.

Plans and monitors compliance with the safety management system in the field.

Ensure the effective and sustainable implementation of essential requirements critical risks control procedures.

Manages, organizes and mobilizes teams in the deployment of safety objectives.

Demonstrated safety experience working in Mobile equipment or Mechanical Maintenance facilities (workshops).

Mechanical technical/ engineering qualification advantageous (but not mandatory)

Have a Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) Auditor - MINERBA Registered is desirable

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)

Have a valid Frontline Operational Supervisor (POP) - BNSP certification.

Have a valid Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3U) - BNSP or DISNAKER certification

Have a Train of Trainer Level 3 or 4 - BNSP certification

Prior major project management and/or start-up experience.

Will ensure effective project Process Safety change management at Manyar Site

Implement safety critical equipment & safe operating limit management processes

Understand existing Management of Change Strategy and create engagement required

Skilled in supervising, evaluating, training and motivating employees.

Working knowledge of CMMS and other business systems.

Good report writing, data management and analytical skills.
