Tower Maintenance Manager South Sumatera Jobs in Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten

Experience in the property/housing field is preferred.

Prepare data and drawings accurately for tender purposes.

Monitor the progress of drawing creation to ensure alignment with conceptual and schematic designs.

Work on design drawings according to the work plan.

Ensure the completeness of conceptual and schematic drawings in accordance with design specifications.

Final Year student / Fresh Graduate majoring in Architecture.

Support accounting processes and management reporting

Having minimal 1-2 years relevant experience in related field/ Accounting Consolidation/Accounting Reporting (fresh graduate are open to apply)

Microsoft excel savvy, point plus for experience in SAP

Take part to prepare financial report for external party - audit

Maintaining daily financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts

Analyses journal record, account reconciliations and assisting monthly close processes

Detail oriented and have good analytical skill related with Financial/Operational/People Management

Define company cost standard report as PSAK to build advice in company risk management

Execute implementation sustainability management to make business sustainable and continuous improve

Maintain, Improve manpower skills capability and performance to support business operation

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking major

Having a minimum working experience >10 years in Manufacturing Industry/ External Auditor
