Job Description

Good day to you! Sinar Mas Land is calling all passionate talents as Architect Intern Residential BSD for make our #BeyondProperty dreams come true!

Responsibilities

  • Prepare data and drawings accurately for tender purposes.
  • Ensure the completeness of conceptual and schematic drawings in accordance with design specifications.
  • Monitor the progress of drawing creation to ensure alignment with conceptual and schematic designs.
  • Work on design drawings according to the work plan.


Qualifications

  • Able to operate AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Rendering (minimum Enscape/Lumion).
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Final Year student / Fresh Graduate majoring in Architecture.
  • Experience in the property/housing field is preferred.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.
