Overview A Temporary Human Resources Assistant is a short-term position that provides support to the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and other clerical duties. Detailed Job Description The Temporary Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department. This includes filing documents, entering data into the HR system, and other clerical duties as assigned. The Temporary Human Resources Assistant will also assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing new hire paperwork. Additionally, the Temporary Human Resources Assistant will assist with employee relations, such as responding to inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance to employees.
