Telemarketing Cikarang Jobs in Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Telemarketing or Customer Service field, with a particular focus on the Financing industry.

Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Contact potential customers by phone to introduce them to Moladin's services

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to identify their needs and preferences

Provide accurate information about Moladin's platform and services, and address any questions or concerns that customers may have

Fresh graduate are welcome/Having experience as a Customer Service Staff or Telemarketing

Have a good communication skills and tech savvy

Technical Skills: Ms Office & Gsuite, Google Workspace Platform

Attending customer’s needs, requests, complaints, and problems through communication channels using (Email, Live chat, WhatsApp)

Categorize issues based on priority groups

Cooperate with relevant stakeholders in handling issues
