Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

1.Membuat sales quotation atas permintaan dari sales dibawah 15 item

2.Meninjau ulang quotation atau penawaran harga yang dibuat oleh Sales Admin

4.Mencari dan mendapatkan harga material untuk vendor lokal / LN bisa stock tidak tersedia (Sourcing)

6.Monitor OD dengan team SCM

7.Monitoring Material Purchase By (PB) dengan Pihak SCM (Expeditor) Lokal / Overseas

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

Help manage and develop a team of 2-4 Account Executives & Business Development to consistently deliver against team revenue goals

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

3-6 years of relevant B2B-B2C SaaS sales closing experience, at least 2 years being SMB or Mid-Market Sales

Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel), Google Apps (Gdocs, Gsheet, GSlides).

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

Menyiapkan data Sales Analyst yang dibutuhkan oleh ASM.

Melakukan pendampingan berkala (kondisional) kepada tim sales di lapangan.

Mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan jaringan distribusi guna mencapai target penjualan.

Membentuk tim sales yang handal, supporting terhadap daily operation serta melakukan pengawasan dan evaluasi terhadap tim sales.

Mempunyai relasi yang baik dengan tradisional market

Berpengalaman sebagai Sales/Marketing minimal 1 tahun.

Having experience in Software as a Service company (POS, accounting, HRIS,etc) is a plus

Minimum 4-5 years experience as sales

Excellent communication, Initiative, enthusiasm & 'people skills'.

Good planning and organizational skills.

Create a strategy to introduce Majoo in Solo market.

Maintaining and increasing sales performance day by day and month by month in Solo Area.

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

4+ years of work experience in sales, digital marketing leadership, client-side marketing or consulting (preferably from a startup)

3+ years of experience managing and developing teams.

Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.

Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills.

Desire to lead a team and develop management skills
