Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedTeam Leader Agent Sales - Joglosemarto join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.


What you'll do:

  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.
  • Help manage and develop a team of 2-4 Account Executives & Business Development to consistently deliver against team revenue goals
  • Prepare reports on account status for BOD
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, generating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects to build and advance pipeline.
  • Run regular individual and team-wide meetings, pipeline reviews, call reviews, and training sessions to ensure ongoing team development
  • Develop and coach the team while contributing individually as a closer and carrying an individual quota.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).


What you should have:

  • A track record of accurately forecasting sales performance and holding your team accountable to their forecasts.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel), Google Apps (Gdocs, Gsheet, GSlides).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once while paying attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence the customers.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-6 years of relevant B2B-B2C SaaS sales closing experience, at least 2 years being SMB or Mid-Market Sales
  • Strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to be hands-on.
