• Lead and manage the Sales Coordinator team for efficient sales coordination.
• Assign tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and foster clear communication.
• Monitor team performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with other internal departments for effective sales support.
• Oversee order processing, inquiries, and customer requests.

⛩️ Requirements

• Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris
• Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Team Leader Sales Coordinator di Perusahaan kontraktor oil & gas
• Penempatan di Dadap, Tangerang
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik seta mempunyai motivasi dan tanggung jawab yang tinggi
• Pendidikan Minimal S1
• Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai alur administrasi tender
• Bisa bahasa Mandarin menjadi nilai tambah
• Dalam bekerja memiliki keteraturan, teliti, cekatan & jujur
• Dapat bekerja sama secara team, memiliki leadership dan dapat bekerja sesuai target
